Every week (or so), we release a beer from The Experimentarium, our small batch experimental line of beers where we apply art to the science of beer. This is our space to play with ingredients, yeast, and styles. Or use techniques and ingredients that would be too crazy or too expensive to try at a larger scale. it also allows our employees to try their hand at creating beers.
